2 Beginner Yoga Classes
A perfect introduction to the basic Sivananda class. More instruction, more warm-ups and a slower pace. Tone and stretch. Abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind. Modifications available for Sun Salutations and the postures, with active relaxation in between. Build up your strength, flexibility and endurance gradually.
