Beginner Yoga Class
A perfect introduction to the basic Sivananda class. More instruction, more warm-ups and a slower pace. Tone and stretch. Abbreviated breathing exercises to calm and balance the body and mind. Modifications available for Sun Salutations and the postures, with active relaxation in between. Build up your strength, flexibility and endurance gradually. 60 minutes. Modest attire. No reservations required All instructors teaching yoga asana classes at this Center have a minimum 200-hour Yoga Alliance-approved certification from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centres.
