Chick, Ella, Nineteen & Juanita

Years ago, Nineteen collaborated with Tabard on a musical – “Stompin at the Savoy”. The legendary “Savoy” was home to one of the hottest bands in jazz history – the “Chick Webb Orchestra.” Nineteen is pleased to welcome vocalist Juanita Harris as we perform the original arrangements that Chick himself wrote for the Savoy. This concert will be a “blast from the past ” and dancing IS encouraged.
