#CropsOnMars Hackathon

There will be 9 billion hungry people on planet Earth by the year 2050. Making sure there is enough food for 9 billion people is a problem even Martha Stewart couldn’t tackle alone. Where in the world can The World grow enough food to make 27 billion crudités? (Martha would serve three per person). The #CropsonMars Hackathon will gather the best and the brightest to find solutions to this very serious problem. In the future, will farmer John wear a spacesuit? Will the International Space Station add a drive-thru? More importantly, will the Crops on Mars Hackathon be serving food?
