Brother and sister Becca (JILLIAN HARRIS) and Richard (HESTON HORWIN) have a rocky relationship. Richard is a reclusive artist struggling with mental illness, and Becca’s missed out on an education and career to make sure he is safe and cared for. But tonight will be different. When her phone is bombarded by panicked messages from Richard, Becca rushes to his apartment to find her worst fears confirmed. Richard has committed suicide. But if Richard’s dead body is right in front of her eyes, who is walking around his apartment, looking exactly like him? A bizarre slice of weird set in one small apartment, DEAD DICKS explores the sadness and strangeness of living with mental illness from a rarely seen perspective while still maintaining a darkly sick sense of humor.
