Blank Spots is a powerful three-piece outfit from San Francisco. They claim to be “guitar, bass, and drums stripped down, then built back up into a ball of energy ready to self explode.” We understand this self-characterization and we recognize it immediately as the Conventional Trio Format. To this basic format, the Blank Spots add “loud” and “punk.” Their stated aim is ‘to “seek fame and fortune” in the “big, nasty, scary world of Punk Rock n’ Roll” and they invite one and all (21+) to join them on their quest.
