No, this isn’t a tribute band to the King of Rock n’ Roll (thank God).  Elvis Depressedly is the brain child of Mat Cothran, South Carolina native. But don’t let his southern roots fool you, Elvis Depressedly is a mixture of downbeat soundscapes, guitars, keyboards, and manipulated sounds.  This band is as much an experiment as it is a music group.  You won’t be seeing any gyrating hips at this show (we think). Joining them will be Nicole Dollanganger and Teen Suicide. So a cheery night all around!
