The Japan Film Festival of SF will start off with a bang when they honor the illustrious (and oh so handsome) actor Tadanobu Asano. Many American film-goers will recognize him from the blockbuster Thor series of movies. Tadanobu Asano will attend to receive a special award, followed by a screening of Electric Dragon 80000V. With a name like that, you know the film’s badass. This will be followed by a live performance by DJ Ken Ishii and Koji Morimoto. Whoa Japanese film AND House music? I don’t know if you can even handle this!
