Kate Davis has been blowing up the New York music scene since 2012. That’s not easy to do, there’s a lot people over there. This Portland native has spent the better part of her life honing her musical abilities. Now she’s one of MTV’s “Fresh Females Who Will Rule Pop.” The sooner the better, cuz I can’t take much more of Selena Gomez. Davis’s smooth instrumentals and probing lyrics sound like something out of another age. An age of amazing music. She’ll be hitting up The Chapel very soon. Do yourself a favor and hit it up too.
