Matthew “Murph” Edward Murphy is an English musician, best known as lead vocalist and guitarist of The Wombats. In June 2019, he announced a new solo project under the name of ‘Love Fame Tragedy‘ alongside a tour announcement and a debut single called “My Cheating Heart”. Publicity and television appearances. Murphy appeared on an episode of the Australian music quiz show Spicks and Specks, hosted by Adam Hills.
