Mostly British Film Festival Presents: Shepherds and Butchers
Created nine years ago by Ruthe Stein and Jack Bair, The Mostly British Film Festival was started to show Bay Area audiences the very best in cinema from the UK, Ireland, Australia, India, New Zealand and South Africa (hence the “mostly” part), since a lot of American movie theaters only want to play La La Land every day, at all times for months. In Shepherds and Butchers, winner of best narrative feature at the Woodstock Film Festival, a lawyer takes on an Apartheid in South Africa.
