If there’s one thing Natural Child isn’t, it’s retro. That’s the underlying mantra of this blues, country, rock n’ roll outfit. As at home with bluesy riffs as they are with synth sounds, Natural Child brings a funky, fun take on traditional sounds. The group is packed with musicians, from Rob Frye on the congas and flutes to Cooper Crain on synthesizer. Their music is laid back and cool. This won’t be one of those shows that will leave you holding your head in pain (if you do that sort of thing). This is a show you can really dig. Dig me?
