Inspired the by not-so-lucid words of Anthony Braxton in the not-so-lucid seventies, Play or Die is a mantra for this special event. It is a showcase of live, in your face, simply wonderful, spontaneous music. Adam Theis joins Larry Ochs and Jordan Glenn for a marvelous meeting of sounds. Followed up by even more composition and improvisation. If the only improv you’ve experienced in the Bay Area is comedy, it’s time to fix that. Play or Die will open your mind and get you moving. That’s a magical combination.
