Three bands pay tribute to the music of Leonard Cohen, culminating with the wild, soulful dance music of klezmer powerhouse, Kugelplex.

• Ali & The Thieves (Leonard Cohen Koans)
  Leonard Cohen Koans is the spectacular musical celebration of the spirit of enigmatic Canadian icon, Leonard Cohen, and his astonishing 60+ year career spanning literature, art and music. Splicing songs with his poetry and prose, Ali & The Thieves weave a new pathway into your experience of this glorious Poet of the Holy Sinners.
• Conspiracy of Beards
  San Francisco’s Conspiracy of Beards is a choir of men that perform dynamic a cappella arrangements of the poetic songs of Leonard Cohen.
• Kugelplex
  Kugelplex is the West Coast’s most rockin’-est purveyor of klezmer and old-world party music. Formed in 2001, the group plays wild, soulful dance music at concerts, festivals and jewish lifecycle events throughout the United States. They’ve performed with Joan Baez, the Oakland Symphony, the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir and Frank London, Linda Tillery, Jewlia Eisenberg, Nils Frykdahl, Kitka, Rumen Shopov, and many other great artists.
