Sara Watkins says she wrote her new album Young in All the Wrong Ways as a way to “break up with herself.” If it were that easy I would have left myself years ago. I’d be like ‘it’s not me, it’s me.” Anyway, what came out of her musical Dear Jane letter was a passionate sound that moves her listeners while also giving her the courage to find her new self.
