SF Dance Film Festival: International Shorts I

The San Francisco Dance Film Festival kicks off (a high kick) with a presentation of International Shorts I. These short films explore everything from tap dancing in a black and white world, to an all night dancing and ice fishing party. If that wasn’t enough to get your toes-a-tapping, this night will include a Prosecco welcome, refreshments during intermission, and a short live performance of the dance sequence from the film “Take Your Time” by Dalmacio Payomo & Natasha Adorlee Johnson, accompanied by members of the band Lender.

The San Francisco Dance Film Festival is a celebration of dance-based films from all over the world. This festival brings together international choreographers and cinematographers for a week of showcasing dance on film and encourages local dancers and producers to get their work on screen.
