Showga (Live Music + Yoga)

Yoga is great for your mind, body, and soul, but can sometimes not be as fun for your ears. All that chanting and elevator music can really bring your downward dog down. At Showga you’ll get all the body benefits of yoga accompanied by a live musical performance. Held in the fabulous Starline Social Club ballroom, this event is like a concert you go to where your body actually feels better after, and not the aching feet and ringing ears you’ll normally get. On these dates you’ll enjoy the mystical sounds of BLEIE, the musical project of Sarah Christine Bly, as you child pose away.
