The songs are dreamy, spacious and lush. Tyto Alba is the scientific name for barn owls.

Also featuring Saalt. Saalt is the musical creation of Alisa Saario (bass) with bandmates Tyler English (pedal steel), Brent Curriden (guitar), and Nick Moore (drums). Now based out of Oakland, Saario’s Pacific Northwest upbringing seeps into her gloom drenched vocals with catchy swells and heavy hitting. With bass-driving melodies, the music is low-end heavy while simultaneously swept away by the full and ambient vibrations of pedal steel. With intricately detailed drum beats and twinkling guitar licks, Saalt coaxes you into a musical daydream.
