If there is one thing that is central to RushTix it’s our customer service. Pretty much everything we do revolves around figuring out how to delight our members. So, as you can imagine this role is very important, as our entire company’s future is riding on this. JK! (not really, it’s important).

Customer Happiness Specialist

RushTix, a new award-winning start-up based in San Francisco, is looking for a Customer Happiness Specialist to help us grow. This is an integral entry level role which will oversee all aspects of the RushTix experience for our members. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live entertainment and providing delightful customer service. This position reports directly to the CEO and requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

    • Researching and acquiring new events that will inspire our members  to “Try Something New!”
    • Run campaigns to attract new subscribers
    • Answering customer questions and problem solving
    • Creating and managing customer marketing funnels
    • Track data and analytics, create weekly and monthly reports
    • Create weekly member emails and landing pages
    • Implementing marketing and promotion plans

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills
    • Friendly, tenacious, entrepreneurial in spirit, assertive, and a team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
    • Tech savvy
    • 2 or more years of experience in live entertainment or a related field
    • Account and relationship management experience
    • Sales experience
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Knowledge of HubSpot, Intercom, WordPress and Google Apps
