Senior Growth Manager
As Senior Growth Manager you’ll help guide the brand, acquire and delight new users, and build our growing community of members, presenters, and curation partners.
We’re looking for someone who will develop a creative data-driven marketing strategy, optimize program spend for maximum results, and execute efficiently. You will be leading the charge for developing new strategies and drive market visibility to help us grow. We’re looking for someone creative and analytical, driven and collaborative, who can thrive in a fast paced environment all while having a great time doing it.
You are all about:
- Eating data for breakfast and A/B tests for lunch.

- Getting high ROI on many acronyms: PR, SEO, SEM, CPA, CPM & PPC.

Desired Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years in a B2C Online Marketing Role
- Friendly, tenacious, entrepreneurial in spirit, assertive, and a team player
- Data driven growth strategist (aka Growth Hacker)
- Tech savvy
- 2 or more years of experience in live entertainment or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree
